  • Basic Support
    This option provides our customers with Software Updates (error corrections and minor improvements), Documentation (Configuration & User Guides) and Customer Forum access.

  • Extended Support
    This option includes all Basic Support services. In addition it allows our customers to use our ticket based support system to create a Service Request (Web or Email) and to access our Knowledgebase.

  • Premier Support
    This option includes all Basic and Extended Support services. Furthermore, it adds High Priority Support (phone based support) to meet the demands of our most challenging customers.
